Two performance pioneers, Randy Riggs and Tom Letchford, launched Procedence in 2003 with a desire to “do things differently, and do them better." Their paths to that point were unique, and they have joined their core values to shape the character of Procedence.
Both company principals point to their time spent on SAP projects as particularly formative for Procedence. Over several years, both of these talented individuals rose through organizations based on their ability to listen to customers' needs and ensure that training teams focus remains on satisfying these needs. Randy and Tom ensure that all Procedence learning and performance specialists are proficient in the technology solutions they recommend, as well as Listening 101.
